I had a lot of fun developing these two scorpion designs—one built around a darker, fully rendered red/black/gray palette, and the other stripped back to a clean red-and-black line treatment on white.
Same artwork. Completely different feel.
It’s been a while since I’ve done some DĂa de los Muertos-inspired art, and a scorpion seemed like a fun subject to draw.
